...the mystery of a secret ingredient...
Goulash
soup (or in Hungarian: Gulyásleves) is one of the national dishes of Hungary,
and also the symbol of the country. This rich, warming comfort food gives you
energy for the cold winter days. Although, it is commonly cooked in summertime
as well, especially in a cauldron, over the fire in the gardens.
During our
tour we would like to introduce you to the drinking and eating habits of the
Hungarian people and show you why the Hungarian cuisine is one of a kind. We are
going to provide some insights into the latest food trends, and shops of
Budapest, as well as tasting some traditional drinks and food.
What the goulash is? Who cooked it first? Where is the best goulash in Budapest? What do the locals like except goulash and how do they make it? This day-tour answers all those questions and more…
