Each year a new theme is announced in this quarter, followed by all street artists. This year everyone is following the "Gastronomy" theme. Also, in this area you can find very unusual ruin bars = hip, funky and very artsy pubs built in Budapest’s old Jewish quarter on the ruins of abandoned houses and stores. During the night, you can enjoy a unique and untamed party, listening to hip music and watching modern-art performances. During the day, they turn into coffee shops or little bistros.
